We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be
confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may
return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the
conditions below.
Return Requirements
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact our Customer Service team prior to shipping the item back to obtain return authorization and instructions.
- Include a note inside the package with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If preferred, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns at our discretion, particularly for items that show signs of wear, modification, or improper packaging.
